Worried about the weather!?
I can take high quality aerials year round! It may be hard to take exterior photos when the weather is not permitting. Backyards, driveways, access ways etc. may be hard to get to by foot during times of sub-par weather. I can fly the drone overhead, into the backyard and/or reach areas that might be off limits for whatever reason!
Let me help you get the shots you need in high quality and with the angles that represent the property you are listing!
I prefer to photograph ALL exterior photos with drone aerials, if possible! Every exterior shot posted above was taken by drone. The angles and perspective, even as slight as 10-20 feet off of the ground, the drone is albe to capture can turn a relatively flat or uninteresting backyard into a vibrant, captifying backyard! Often times exterior photos taken from ground level are glanced over due to the inability to capture height, depth or perspective. Drone aerials really give the perspective buyer a real feel of the land, as well as landmarks or any possible imperfections on the property or landscaping. If you are really looking to grab a person's attention, list your property with an aerial photograph!
