Pricing will vary due to the job demands. I have attempted to reflect those numbers below for everyone's convenience.

General Photogrammetry Services: $100/hr
360-Degree Photos have been the most popular addition to the Photogrammetry or Real Estate sector! The 360-Degree Photo is interactive, it is simple to access (NO Downloads, No Apps!) by clicking and viewing and is very cost effective to you! The 360-Degree photo can be taken in seconds and uploaded in minutes! With today's fast-paced world, having up-to-date, real-time photos at the click of a button is by far the best way to showcase your Development, House, Land, Project or Event!
Ask me about reoccurring 360-Degree Photos and a discount for clients who have large, long-dated projects that need to be shared regularly!
Orthomosaic photos with Camera Shots, Plant Health and Surface Models!
Surface Model Measurements for Volume*, Area*, Distance* and Height*, Angle and Points, all GPS and Ground Control Points mapped!
3D Rendered Model with Point Cloud, Textured Model (glTF), Camera Shots and Raws, Camera Parameters, Mesh Model, DSM/DTM and Others!
Editing, Processing and Updating Client Deliverables are billed at the General Photogrammetry Rate!
Pre-Flight Surveying, Pre-Flight Safety Ground Walk-Through, Ground Control Point Placing/Retrieving and Post-Flight Walk-Throughs are essential to safety and ensuring accurate data collection. These Pre-and-Post-Flight Checks are considered with FLY TIME and are billed at the General Photgrammetry Rate!

Photoshop edits to remove clutter, unwanted mess or anything not natural to the land/property that will not decieve or mislead buyers!
Examples include: garage/house declutter, removal of cars/bins/trailers from aerial or property view and removing household objects such as toys/totes/bins from storage or living spaces!

5-10 Edited, Color Corrected Digital Photos (appx 48 mp - appx 8000x6000 pixels): This includes touch ups, removing objects, 'healing' or digitally fixing any lawn imperfections and sky correction.

Why are these more expensive than the Real Estate Aerials?
I cannot touch up, heal or remove objects for the Real Estate Photos the way I can with residential photos. These photos ALSO include a collage of various shots. The editing process is much more labor intensive!
